You became a scholar out of a passion for learning and a desire to make a positive impact on the world around you.

Yet, in academia’s high-pressure environment, there are endless demands vying for your time and structural barriers limiting your potential. You feel you don’t have the time or energy to devote to the things that really drew you to the profession in the first place.

But it doesn’t have to be this way!

Through scholarly writing and career coaching, we work together to help you rise above the challenges of academia, rediscover your inner brilliance, and better the world around you through your work.

Hi, I’m Jenn.

I’m an author, teacher, and writing and career coach who helps scholars create the bright futures they want. I’m a former academic who went from struggling as a writer early on in graduate school to thriving in a faculty position.

I now support scholars in pursuing their most meaningful work without compromising their values and goals. As your coach, I’ll help you develop the tools and mindsets needed to succeed in academia or in the wide world beyond the ivory tower on your terms!
